Employer/District Contact Information

The contacts entered here will receive email notifications when new members enroll. This will be used to ensure that payroll deduction is occurring properly. We strongly recommend you contact these individuals before you add them here to let them know they will be receiving these email notifications. 

If you do not know who at your employer deals with union enrollment, please contact your HR or payroll department.

Invite Email Preferences

Here, you can adjust how invitation emails appear to your new members. 

If possible, your email from your name should be something your new members will recognize. This could be your name, a building rep's name, or the name of your local union.

Note, this is not the email address used to send the invitation email - it is the name that appears in a new member's inbox.
